Product Description

1. About Vibrating Screen

MZS series powdered coal screen is special vibrating screen developed by our company according to special requirement blast furnace coal injection on powdered coal screening based on linear screen. Powdered coal of blast furnace injection system pass through powdered coal vibrating screen into powdered coal silo to stop sundries like chip and fiber from entering the silo, this can assure that powdered coal fluently convey in the pipeline. It has following advantages: High efficiency screening, reliable and safe working, sound seal, small dyamic load on the base.


2. Working principle and Structure:
It is made up of screen box, seal cover, vibrating motor. Secondary isolation frame and bottom rack.

The screen box synchronous reversely rotates by two same vibrating motors, which makes whole componets concerned with vibrating move on a linear trajectory. After powdered coals fall into screen box from input mouth, quickly loose and pass through the screen, sundries such as chip and fiber are left on the top of screen mesh and are periodically cleared manually.
Powdered coals use high performance vibrating motor to excite vibrating, adjust the exciter force size of vibrating motor to change the swing size of screen machine vibrating.
