Introduction
Conveyor cover is used to protect the conveyed materials ,belting, idlers and framework from rain, wind, dust during transportation as well as to avoid the dispersion of powders.It is consist of steel sheet, hook, hinge and rivets etc. In addition , the steel plate can also be manufactured in galvanized steel,aluminum, stainless steel, fiberglass and painted steel.Anti-rain conveyor cover is suitable for belt conveyor with width of 500/650/800/1000/1200/1400/1600/1800/2000mm in power station, cement plant, steel mill, chemical plant, port, dock, mine, coal plant etc.
YDT Conveyor Covers is mostly used in power plant, cement factory, iron and steel factory, chemical factory, coal, port, jetty, mining and other enterprise. Our company provides fixed-closed type and open type. The color of the rain covers are mainly in blue, grey and white, and red (depend on client's need).
1. Water-proof Belt Conveyor Cover is well known as conveyor belt hood. It is used for protecting transported material ,conveyor belting, idlers and structure. They effectively improve personnel safety, reduce loss of material to wind and stop grime and rain from damaging the idlers and belt.

3. Classification
A. Full hood (180 degree belt coverage): Provides the maximum safety.
B. 3/4 hood (135 degree belt coverage): Same as full hood, but with only one side opening
C. Partial hood: Same as 3/4 hood, with opening from both sides
