Product Description
TH ring chain type lifting/hoisting/bucket elevator/lifter conveyor machine is designed to transport powder, granular and lump materials, which also can lift abrasive materials, such as fly ash, slag, limestone, cement slurry, cement clinker, cement, coal, dry clay, etc., it has an opening bin below for storing material, when the motor driving the endless plate chain (chain or belt) through the chute, the hopper fixed in the chain of plate (chain or belt) bring the material to the discharging opening, in this way it continuously convey the material.
TH ring chain type lifting/hoisting/bucket elevator/lifter conveyor machine is applied in the vertical conveying of abrasive powder, granular and small lump materials, such as grain, coal, cement and crushed ore, etc., and its transportation height can reach to 40m. The bucket chains are characterized by simple structure, stable operation and hybrid or gravity discharge. The wheel rim uses combination sprocket, and it is easy to replace and has been specially treated to ensure a long service life. The underpart is equipped by gravity automatic tensioning device, so that it can maintain a constant tension to avoid slipping off the chain. The material temperature can not exceed 250 °C.
Application
TH ring chain type lifting/hoisting/bucket elevator/lifter conveyor machine is constructed using buckets attached to a plate chain. It is widely used to transport limestone, clinker, cement, coal, dry clay, etc.

Working Principle
Hopper scoops up materials from the stone bucket below, then is lifted to the top with the conveyor belt or chain, and next it is downward rolled over bypass the wheel on the top and the materials are dumped into the accept slot now by bucket chain or hoist conveyor, and the whole process is over. The driving band of bucket elevator with driver is commonly made of rubber, and it is installed below or above the drive roller and the divert roller. The chain-drive bucket elevator is generally equipped with two parallel transmission chain, on which above or below is a drive sprocket and a divert sprocket. Continuous Chain or Belt Bucket Elevator for Cement are generally equipped with chassis to prevent the dust flying into the bucket elevator.

Safe Installation
The bucket elevator must be securely mounted on a solid concrete foundation. Concrete foundation surface should be flat and present as a horizontal state to ensure well-installed bucket elevator can achieve vertical requirements. Middle and upper casing section of a higher height bucket elevator should be connected with the neighbouring buildings in order to increase its stability. Firstly, please install the lower part, fix the anchor bolt, and then install the middle casing and upper casing. After complete the installation, please adjust and correct the vertical height, upper and lower shaft should be parallel to each other, and shafts should be in the same plane. When install the bucket elevator with a lower height , you can connect the upper ,middle and lower casing well first on the ground, and then hang the complete set vertically and fix it on the concrete foundation.
After completing the installation of casing, you can install the chain and bucket. The u-shape screw which is used for connect the buckets, it is not only a chain connector, but also a fixture of buckets. U-screw nuts must be tighten and locked securely, after the installation of chain and bucket, please adjust it to get a proper tension.
Add the appropriate amount of oil or grease in the gearbox and bearing respectively, reducer should be lubricated with industrial gear oil, bearing seat can be lubricated with calcium or sodium base grease.
