Low power consumption silicon vibro sieve is a high efficiency screen equipment. It has two driving modes, dual vibration motor and dual vibration exciter. It is used to select and classify powder and granular materials, and is widely used in plastics, abrasives,chemicals, medicine, building materials, food, carbon, fertilizer and other industries.    


II Operating Principles
Low power consumption silicon vibro sieve use dual-motors as vibration source, making materials be tossed and move forward in a straight line on the screen surface. There are several balls on the bottom of the screen frame hit each other when vibrating, which can clear screen cloth and avoid blocking effectively.

1. Functions: screening&grading of dry powder, fine particle and fine powder.
