Brief Description
GTS Drum Screen/Trommel Screen consists of drum, frame, hopper, reducer and motor, which provides a simple, efficient and economical solution to expand the range of material and optimize the screening process. It is designed for material classification, screening and grading.

The equipment installation, maintenance is simple, operational coefficient, with the majority of

1.Drum screenconsists of hopper, screening drum, frame, motor and decelerator.
2.Feeding into the drum, material is lifted up by the rotation and aerated as it falls back down.
This action is repeated with each revolution along the length of the drum. The finer material passes
through the screen openings while the larger material tumbles towards its eventual exit at the rear of the
drum.
Application
Rotary trommel screen is usually used at the primary separation period of placer gold mining so as to washing and screening gold ore. The upper sizes out are always reckoned as unuseful materials. The bottom sizes which contain the gold are usually processed by centrifugal concentrator or gold sluice box continuously to upgrade gold ore. The concentrates of centrifugal concentrator could be processed by shaking table which is used to separate the gold from other minerals.
