Overview
TH/THG Bucket elevator is a kind of lifting machine which traction component is endless chain.

TH/THG Bucket elevator mainly consist of head part, tail part, middle casing, ring chain, bucket, driven device.
Head part: carbon steel, stainless steel or other material according necessary.
Tail part: carbon steel, stainless steel or other material according necessary.
Middle casing: carbon steel, stainless steel or other material according necessary.
Ring chain: 20Mn
Bucket: carbon steel, stainless steel.
Features
1. Ring chain is made of alloy, through surface and heat treatment, moderately hard, high strength, good wear resistance.
2. High capacity and lifting height.
3. Adopt compositional sprocket, flange were connected to the sprocket body via high-strength bolt. You just need to change the flange instead of the whole sprocket, easy to change and save maintain fee.
4. Sealing treatment, no-dust overflow, environmental.
5. With take-up device in the tail device, can avoid chain broken.
