General of PK circular vibrating screen:
The movement path of the circular vibrating screen is circular, the vibrating screen do the circular movement. It is one new type screen with high screening efficiency and multiple screen deck. Circular vibrating screen adopt pipe eccentric shaft as exciter, and could adjust the amplitude via adjusting the eccentric block, the line of the screening material is long. It is designed for screening stone specifically, but it also could be used in mine, building material, power and chemical industry. It own following features: Steady, strong exciting force, high screening efficiency, low noisy, easy maintenance and safety operation.

Principle and application:
The screening machine is generally named circular vibrating screen because of its circular motion track. It is used for separating material, the separation equipment is consist of main screen box, screen deck, vibrating motor, eccentric block, rubber spring, and coupling. We will design and supply suitable type according to your requirements.

The amplitude could be adjusted with vibration exciter and eccentric block. The material could pass through the screen deck along the long line. We could make multilayer according to customer's requirements.

The circular vibrating machine is mainly used in coal industry, metallurgy, mine, power station, water conservancy project, building industry etc. It is an efficient screening machines for the classification of bulk material such as coal, mineral, coke etc. There are 40 specifications for YK Series, of which the heavy duty type is for the classification of large size materials, while the Light duty type is for the middle and small size materials.
