Introduce of Circular Vibrating Screen
This machie is consists of motor, vibration exciter, screen box, high-strength shaft beam, wear-resistant liner, rubber damping spring, supporting frame.
Once operation, the whole machine will make a circular track motion in space, thus it also named circular vibrating screen. Vibration amplitude can be changed through adjust the relative position of two eccentric blocks which fixed in vibration exciter.
When a mass of particles drop on screen cloth, they will distributed evenly and quickly on its surface. The particles make a continuous leap forward moving along the inclined screen cloth, during this process, oversize material screen out then drop down screen box or the second deck(continue the next process-if this machie design in multi-decks ), while the oversize material will moving toward the discharge point.
Features of Circular vibrating Screen
1) power resource is supplied through the connection between motor and the shaft of screen box.
2)two eccentric block of exciter mounted on screen box directly, alter the relative position of two eccentric block. Accordingly, change vibration amplitude of this machine.
3)all material of screen box is connected with high-strength bolt, to avoid welding deformation and stress. It can runs safelly without cracking.
4)adopt high-quality carbon steel as its supporting base, easy to install.
