Product Description

The rotary screen could screen actived carbon, so we call it active carbon screen sometime, this type screen also could screening many other kind powder&bulk solid material, such as urea granulation.

This type screen have a similar working priciple with the rectangular gyratory screen(our another type screen screen produced by PK Machinery).

But compare with gyratory screen and other vibrating screen, this type screen have its own feature:
The vibrating excitor is under the screen box and in the middle part, the walking path of the screen is a circle on a horizontal plane surface, but the amplitude also is very large similar with gyratory screen.
This type screen also adopt self-cleaning ball structure which keep from blinding or blocking.
This type screen adopt the screen mesh like other linear vibrating screen, so it is very easy to renew screen deck.

Application Area

According above feature, so it have a good application for screening some little bulk solid material and powder material such as sugar, fertilizer, sand powder, active carbon, urea.

Because this type screen do not need base support frame as gyratory screen, so its net weight is less.
