Application and Working Principle
DTII Series of Fixed Belt Conveyor is widely used in chemical, coal, construction, hydropower, light, metallurgy, mining, port, petroleum, petroleum industries etc.
It may transported by unit set and also combine more sets or other feeding facilities to form a levelor oblique feeding system so as to meet the demand of various patterns and operating lines. Transmission can be horizontal or tilt.
DT II series belt conveyor is a new kind of replacement product on the base of TD75 and DX series. It can be divided into light, medium, heavy type. Compared with TD75, it has been greatly improved in material, technique precision, conveying capacity and reliability.
Performance and Features
1)Working temperature: -25°C~+40°C. The temperature of conveying material should not exceed 50°C. Further measures will be taken for the special requirements of anti-explosion, water proof, anti-corrosion, heat and cold resistance.
2) Bulk density of conveying material: 0.5~2.5t/m3
3) Belt width classification: 500mm, 650mm, 800mm, 1000mm, 1200mm, and 1400mm.
4) Driving device classification: electric roller; gear reduce, planet gear speed reducer, two-speed reducer; others.
Application
Long distance belt conveyor can transport bulk materials or bagged goods, such as stone, sand, coal, concrete, cement, gravel, fertilizer, mineral ore, limestone, coke, sawdust, wood chip, bulk material, grain, corn flakes, carbon black, component/part, etc.
