Product Description
This bucket elevator is very useful system for taking the material upward, distributing, feeding etc.
Buckets on bearings remains always vertically down while passing vertical, angular or horizontal travel plane thus ensuring no wastage and dropping of material during travel
This belt bucket elevator works in order to lift the material vertically and then moves horizontally to transfer the material at the desired distance for required process. One elevator can feed to many systems requiring only one feed point.
This can also be interlocked to check which process or machine is demanding the material. This requires an electronic eye coupled with pneumatic system.
Main Features:
Heavy Duty Stainless steel structure (M. S. Powder coated structure on demand)
Heavy Duty fertilizer grade bucket
All turn points in the elevator on sprocket and bearings
Variable speed frequency drive controlled system for adjusting the speed as per requirement
Easy cleaning systems
No damage to product as there is no friction during the whole travel.
Very less floor space is required.
Elevator can be extended to feed further processes in future
