Conveyor belt cleaner replaceable polyurethane blade
Conveyor primary belt cleaner is installed under the center line of head drum. Belt scraper is made of polyurethane material, which has good features of anti-abrasion, anti-corrosion, anti-fracture, protect the belt from damage and prolong service life of belt.
Conveyor primary belt cleaner designed with self-adjusting spring tensioner or twist tensioner which make sure consistent pressure and effective cleaning, when the blade wears or belt jumps, the scraper will follow up automatically to ensure good contact.
Wear resistant belt blade
PK offers replaceable belt cleaner blade for belt cleaning systems. PK provides abrasion resistant blades, our urethane compound blades has better performance in tensile strength. It's suitable for many extreme conditions.
Self-regulation tensioning system
PK tensioner(spring tensioner and twist tensioner) allows for more degrees for rotation, which allows the blade to maintain more tension to the conveyor belt as the blade wears.
Superior cleaning performance
-Mounts easily in tight chute applications.
-Blade can be positioned on the head pulley in a range of locations
