Working Principle
Under the action of inertial force, the screen box makes reciprocating motion, which drives the screen surface to make periodic shaking, so that the materials on the screen surface and the screen box make a directional jump movement. The material smaller than the mesh will fall into the lower layer, and the material larger than the mesh will jump and discharge from the coarse outlet.The vibration force of swing vibration tumbler screen generated by the drive device is an inertial force that changes in a certain pattern. The screening motion is a reciprocating inertial force generated by the rotation of the eccentric wheel driven by the motor around a fixed axis. The screen surface is generally horizontal or slightly inclined.
