1. Principle of tripper car
This tripper car relates to certain new and useful improvement in belt tripper. As well known that, it is adapted to discharge material from belt conveyor and could be moved longitudinally of belt conveyor in either direction to distribute said material by power derived from moving belt of the conveyor. People could reverse the direction of travel of the tripper carriage longitudinally of the belt conveyor or automatically.

In an apparatus of the class described, the combination with conveyor belt, of a carriage adaped to travel longitudianlly thereof, traction wheels supporting said carriage, a pulley mounted unpon said carriage and engaging said belt, means actuated by said pully to rotate said traction wheels including oppositely rotating power transmission elements, a driving member adapted to free rotating relative to each of said elements.

2. Usage and Features of tripper car:
LIGHT type tripper is suitable for material with bulk density <1600kg/m3. It's equipped with three way chute under the bucket and having there methos of unloading i. e. Left side, rigt sides and direct with applicable belt width of 500~1400mm. HEAVY type tripper is suitable for material with bulk density >1600kg/m3. Two sides dumper can only unloading from both sides at the same time, one side dumper have two kinds i. e. Left side and light side with applicable belt width of 500~1400mm.

It could keep the same constant of thickness of accumulated materail because it could move continually at a same speed when discharging material, so it could take full advatage of the space.
