Circular Gravel Shaking Screen Equipment (YK)
Circular Vibrating Screen is a kind of new and highly effective vibrating screen that does circular vibrations and has multiple layers. Circular vibrating screen adopts cylinder postures eccentric block to produce strong exciting force. Its main body is connected by high strength screw bolts. A circular, elliptical vibration motion is created in order to sieve the materials efficiently. It is composed of screen box, screen mesh cloth, suspension (or support) device, underframe and motor.
Application
Ore circular vibrating screen is available for smelting , quarry , coal preparation, ore dressing, energy, power, chemical industry,construction material.

B.Drive and Mounting of Circular Vibrating Screen
Drive is by electric motor and cardan shaft to the main drive shaft equipped with a single unbalance weight where required additional v-belt can be provided. The drive shaft is mounted on heavy duty roller bearing sets, lubricated with grease or oil. Like the linear vibratory screens, circular vibrating screens are mounted on reinforced rubber springs to prove the same benefits in performance and longer lifespan.
Working principle
Circular vibrating screen separator uses eccentric block(YK type)/eccentric shaft(YA type) to produce strong exciting force, due to the unbalanced centrifugal force of inertia of the weights on the exciter, screen box vibrates, it can obtain different amplitudes by changing the exciter eccentric weight.
Maintenance notes for circular vibrating screen
Always keep the circular vibrating screen working in a clean and sanitary environment. |
The bearing on both ends of the motor should be lubricated with anti- high temperature lubricating grease, in the first month, please lubricate once a week . |
Check flange bolts on both sides of motor, the bolts which fix the mesh and the support connecting bolt shouldn't have loose phenomenon. |
The circular vibrating screen should be maintained every half year. A. clean the motor and add grease for all lubricating points. B. check the abrasion condition of screen mesh, if any damage , please maintain and replace timely. |
The circular vibrating screen should be maintained and repaired every year. A. Open the motor terminal box ,check the insulation between the wires and clean the dust. B. Add grease on all lubricating points. C. check each part of the circular vibrating screen and abrasion condition of screen mesh, if any damage please maintain and replace timely. E. After finishing all the work, a trial run is also required. |
