Structures DJB steeply inclined belt conveyor is for material steeply conveying, comprising an endless corrugated sidewall conveyor belt, guide rollers around which the conveyor belt passes to define a conveying portion and a returning portion of the belt, spaced support idlers for supporting the returning portion of the conveyor belt, and a series of cross cleat on the conveyor surface for engaging material carried by the conveying portion of the belt to prevent conveyed materials from sliding down the conveyor belt on the incline.
Application This machine is a continuously conveying equipment for loose bulk material such as coal, sand, stone, grain, etc and some powdered material, so its slope of application is very wide, including mine, cement plant, chemical industry, metallurgy and agriculture, electric power, light industry, grain, port, shipping ect, when the mateial need to be conveyor at a big inclined angle, the steeply inclinded belt conveyor also could conveying material vertically.
Specific gravity of bulk materials is 0.5-2.5 t/m³ Can be conveyed in the working environment where the temperature is during -15 degree to 140 degree.
Advantages Using steeply inclined conveyor to convey loose bulk materials which can save a lots of spaces and lift material at the same time that ordinary belt conveyor can not reach
Big conveying capacity, it can reach 1800 cubic meters per hour
When vertically conveying materials, the biggest materials granularity is 350 mm
