UREA GRANULATION PROJECT
After studying and researching the urea granulation processing equipment imported from Europe and America, our company develop the after-handling equipment of urea granulation, and over hundreds of chemical fertilizer company in China has successfully adopt our after-handing equipment system of urea granulation.
The traditional urea granulator after-handling equipment is low efficiency, such as the bucket elevator, traditional adopt box type, the structure is very heavy, and the thermal diffusivity is bad. For the granular size material screen, the traditional screen adopt large slope angle screen, the screening efficiency is low, and the maintainence is not convenient, and some company even adopt the screen driven by gear, the noisy is high. For some little fertilizer company, the urea screen always adopt vibrating type or linear flow type.
Refer to above station, as one professional manufacturer of bucket elevator, conveying equipment and vibrating screen, we design and produce the new type urea granulator after-handling equipment system, the fertilizer plant system (DNH-G-2000) consist of the PXZS gyratory screen, GD bucket elevator, ZPD vibrating hopper, ZSD bin activator, , GHD extractor, ZS safety screen (scalper screen).
This new system urea granulation after-handling system could improve the content of qualitied finished urea from 90-93% to 95-98%.
The thermal diffusivity is good, and screening efficiency is high.
