Introducing Our Product
The Rotary Vibrating Screen is engineered for precision in high-accuracy screening. Its design integrates an upper cover, a screen box, a sturdy base, and a vertically mounted motor with adjustable eccentric weights at both ends. This versatile machine supports horizontal, vertical, and inclined movements, tailored by modifying the eccentric weights. Available in diameters ranging from 400mm to 2000mm, it can accommodate single or multiple screening decks. Constructed from options such as full carbon steel, full stainless steel, or stainless steel contact parts, it adapts to the unique requirements of various products.
Principle of Operation
The vibratory motion is generated by eccentric weights affixed to the motion-generator shaft's upper and lower ends. Altering the rotational orientation of these weights triggers unique vibrational modes. The rotation of the upper weight induces horizontal vibrations, facilitating the material's journey across the screen's surface to its edges. Concurrently, the lower weight imparts a tilt, producing vertical and tangential vibrations. The trajectory of materials can be finely tuned by adjusting the phase angle between the upper and lower weights.
