Introduction
The Rotary Vibrating Screen is engineered as an exceptionally high-precision screening instrument. It integrates an upper cover, a screen box, a sturdy base, and a vertical motor fitted with eccentric weights at both ends. This versatile machine can be adjusted to perform horizontal, vertical, or inclined movements by finely tuning the upper and lower eccentric weights. With diameters ranging from 400mm to 2000mm and the option for single or multiple screening decks, the construction materials vary from total carbon steel to total stainless steel, or stainless steel for contact parts, tailored to specific product requirements.
Working Principle
The vibrational action is generated by the strategic placement of eccentric weights at the motion-generator shaft's upper and lower extremities. By altering the direction of these weights, the machine's rotational mode shifts: the upper weight induces horizontal plane vibrations propelling materials across the screen to its edge, while the lower weight inclines the machine, generating vertical and tangential plane vibrations. By adjusting the phase angle of the weights, the trajectory of materials on the screen is easily modulated.
