The Rotary Vibrating Screen is a marvel of high-precision screening technology, ingeniously crafted with an upper cover, a screen box, a base, and a vertical motor equipped with eccentric weights at both ends. This sophisticated machinery offers customizable motion-horizontal, vertical, or inclined-by simply adjusting the eccentric weights. Available in diameters ranging from 400mm to an impressive 2000mm, and with options for single or multiple decks, this versatile screen can be constructed from full carbon steel, full stainless steel, or a combination of materials where contact parts are stainless steel, catering to diverse product requirements.
Working Principle
The vibrational magic happens through eccentric weights strategically placed at the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. By altering the rotational mode of these weights, the upper weight incites horizontal plane vibration, gently guiding material across the screen cloth towards the periphery. Meanwhile, the lower weight tilts the machine, inducing vertical and tangential vibrations. Adjusting the phase angle of these weights ingeniously modifies the material's trajectory on the screen, optimizing performance.
