Introduction
The Rotary Vibrating Screen is a sophisticated, high-precision screening device composed of an upper cover, screen box, base, and a vertical motor equipped with eccentric weights at both ends. This versatile machinery can produce horizontal, vertical, and inclined motions by adjusting the eccentric weights, offering diameters from 400mm to 2000mm. Available in single or multiple screening decks, materials can be customized between total carbon steel, total stainless steel, or a combination where contact parts are stainless steel, ensuring adaptability to different needs.
Working Principle
The unique vibrational motion is generated by the eccentric weights on the upper and lower ends of the motion-generator shaft. Altering the direction of these weights changes the rotational mode: the upper weight induces horizontal plane vibrations, guiding materials across the screen to its periphery. Meanwhile, the lower weight induces tilt, creating vertical and tangential vibrations. Adjusting the phase angle of the weights allows modification of material trajectories on the screen, enhancing precision and efficiency.
