Introduction

Incline scraper chain conveyor is known as MC scraper conveyor. It is a constantly conveying equipment, which depends on moving scraper chain to push material move forward. As the inside chain are all buried in the materials once it working, also generally, it called en masse conveyor. Scraper conveyor effectively handles materials of sludge or paste consistency, also handles fine particles usually with large amounts.


Working principle


MC series inclined Redler chain scraper conveyor is a kind of conveying equipments which can continously convey materials by the moving chains in closed shell with C shape, the pressure which comes from chains in transportation direction to the materials and the action which comes from the materials themselves cause internal friction, this friction ensures the stable situation between material layers, and it can overcome external frictional resistance which caused by moving materials in the trough and make materials transport as a whole fluid.
