Instructions of LSY Screw Conveyor
LSY Screw Conveyor is designed with the equivalent standard of ISO1050, it is fabricated complying with the standards of JB81005.
Compare to type GX screw conveyor, bearing housing of driving end and trailing end are moved out of the casing.
The sealing of it is made from nylon or poly tetrafluoroethylene, it is low resistance, with good sealing and wearing resistant property.
LSY series screw is a new transportation equipment which pushes materials continuously by using the rotation of spiral blades.
The work is done inside the shell of closed round cross section.
Its main characteristics are the followings, compact structure, small cross-sectional area, light weight, good seal property, high transportation efficiency, smart technology layout, convenient installation, dismount and move as well as safe operation.
It is applicable for transporting powdery, granular and small blocked bulk materials such as clay powder, pulverized coal, cement, sand stones, grain, small blocked coal, cobbles and chips of cast iron.
The screw conveyor has horizontal, slant and combined forms. It can complete the work of gathering, distributing, stirring, mixing, dehydrating, customizing materials, unloading and stacking etc.
The product is quite suitable for the transportation of bulk cement from cement bin to concrete mixer or to concrete batching machine in the concrete mixing plant.
Feature of screw conveyor
Screw conveyor is consists of driven motor, gearbox, housing and screw.
Housing is connected through steel pipe with flange, so the steel property is very good, make the conveyor can adjust working site and condition, and can move flexibly.
Inlet and outlet can be manufactured in any inclined angle according to field condition, and can connect with other matched machines conveniently.
Screw is connected with spline, conveniently assemble and dismantle.
The helical blade is rolled to be a total connect blade by dished steel strip, the precision of helicoids is high and screw pitch is accurate.
Tightness is good, without dust pollution.
Small volume, strong steel property, high rotary speed, large capacity.
Inspection hole is installed on the housing for conveniently inspection.
