Products profile of vibrating screen
ZSM, DSM basal dewatering screen moves on a linear trajectory. The ZSM series dewatering screen include sixteen kinds of specification and the DSM series dewatering screen include four kinds of specification. They are widely used in coal and ore selection, sugar and salt manufacturing departments. Classifying dry and wet, dewatering, desliming on slender materials.

Working principle of vibrating screen
Double electrodes self synchronous technology and universal block eccentricity, adjustable swing vibrator. Two discontacted vibrators are driven to synchronous reversely rotate by adhesive tape, eccentric force tuo groups of eccentric blocks weight generates overlay along the component force in the vibrating direction, reverse eccentricity is undone and then generate single exciter force along the vibrating direction to make screen box move on a linear and reciprocal trajectory.

Installation and debugging of vibrating screen
Before installation, test constractly field base and installation drawing. Primary and secondary vibration deducation springs are both vertical, motor axis is lower 3 to 5 mm than vibrator axis and then weld strongly support rack of motor and spring base. Require rotating direction of two motors must be opposite. The unload running time of screen is 4 to 6 hours, screen should run stably, no yaw and strange noise and test whether screen plate and exciter are strong.
Inspect working temperature of vibration bearing, which should be less than 75 centigrade degree.
