Product Description
Xinxiang machine circular vibrating sieve/sand gravel separator

The circular vibrating screen adopts woven wire mesh or punched screen plate, which with long service life and without blocking. The separator equipment moves in circle motion to make the material equably screening, then guarantees the screening efficiency.
 
Application
The circular vibrating screen is widely use for larger ore, iron ore, stone, urea, potash, pellet, activated carbon, coal, aluminum powder, copper ore, alloy ore , limestone, kaolin, calcium carbonate those metallurgy, mining, chemical, building material, grain, fire-proof industries.
 
Working principle
The vibrating exciter eccentric block and shaft of circular vibrating screen driven by motor are rotating with high speed. Motorial eccentric block occurs large centrifugal force, motivating the screen box move in circle. The material does parabolic motion,  and the size of material is less than the screen mesh so that material can pass the screen mesh to make it separate.
This motion to make the mineral separate equipment be used very well in large granular size, especially for mineral.

 Common Troubles and Maintenance
Vibrating screen is essential in manufacturing processes for many factories. In general, when circular vibrating screen goes wrong, the whole production line will stop. In addition, the maintenance may delay the production. The following is the common troubles and maintenance of circular vibrating screen.
When circular vibrating screen cannot be started or in a low amplitude, reasons are the following: 1, Motor is damaged.
2, Electric components controlling the circuit are damaged.
3, Low voltage.
4, Too many waste sundries on screen cloth.
5, Vibration exciting goes wrong.
6, lubricating grease is agglomeration.
The concerning troubles are caused by mismanaging the clean-up and check the machine irregular. Therefore, replace the damaged components in time and check the machine regular, clean up the sundries produced by vibrating screen in time when machine finishes working.
Reasons of abnormal flow of materials are the following:
1, Machine body is instability as the stiffness of screen box is not enough.
2, Screen box is horizontal deflection.
3, Support springs are deformation or damaged.
4, Screen cloth is damaged.
5, Unbalanced feeding.
6, Beam is fracture.
When rotating speed of screen slows down and bearings are heating, follow the below methods.
1, Check the volume of lubricating grease in main bearing hole.
2, Inspect whether there is blocking of bearings. Clean up in time and replace the sealing components.
3, Check the oil in bearings.
4, Check whether bearings are damaged or poor installation.
5, Eccentric block on the wheel falls off, or sizes of eccentric blocks are different.
If the machine noise at work, check the following components.
1, bearing of vibration exciting.
2, fastening bolts.
3, the beam.
4, Support springs.
