1. Brief Introduction
It is called Circular vibrating screen because of its circular motion path. The vibrating screen is consist of main screen box, screen deck, vibrating motor, eccentric block, rubber spring and coupling. We can design and supply suitable type according to customer's requirement.
The amplitude could be adjusted with vibration exciter and eccentric block. The material could pass through the screen deck along the long line. We could adopt multilayer base on required.
The vibrating screen is mainly used for coal industry, metallurgy, mine, power station, water conservancy project, building industry etc. They are efficient screening machines for the classification of bulk material such as coal, minerals, coke etc. There are 40 specifications for YK Series, of which the heavy duty type is for the classification of large size materials, while the Light duty type is for the middle and small size materials.
2. Features of vibrating screen
It uses eccentric block to produce strong exciting force.
Crossbeam and the main body of the screen are connected with high strength screw bolts. So they have the features of simple structure and easy maintenance.
It adopts tire coupling with capability of flexible connection and stable operation.
It adopts the structure of small amplitude, high frequency, large obliquity to make the screen hold the capability of high efficiency, large handling capacity, long life span, low consumption, little noise.
