1. About Vibrating Motor

YZO vibrating motor is special asynchronous vibrating source uniting motive power source and vibrating source into once. It can be used to equip vibrating screen, vibrating feeder, vibrating conveyor, vibrating drier, vibrating ore drawing machine, vibrating shakeout machine, vibrating platform(plain bumper, vibrating molding machine), bulkhead vibrator.

1) Light machine weight, small volume, easy construction, convenient installation and repairment.
2) Stable frequency, low noise vibrating generated by stationary revolution, swift start, stable stopping.
3) Full sealed construction, applied in any working circumstance which has no explosion-proof requirement.

4. Usage and manitenance:
1) Usage circumstance temperature of vibrating motor: -15 centigrade degree to 40 centigrade degree
2) Altitude is less than 1000m.
3) Bearing permitable temperature is less than 105 centigrade degree.
4) Used in any places with no explorasion proof requirement.
5) Maintain the bearing regularly and supply once sufficient lubricating grease per 3 to 5 months, the oil filling level is 2/3 bearing chamber.
6) Repair it easily once per 4-6 months and repair it carefully per a year. Clear the dirt retention and dirt of machine chasis, inspect insulation resistance, joint, ground wire of motor winding, inspect whether fastened bolt at the joint is loose and eliminate the hidden danger when repairing easily machine. Besides necessary easy repairment and maintainence, check abrasion degree of bearing and coil insulation condition, timely change and repair when necessary when repair it carefully.
7) Anchor bolt adopts loose proof device to prevent motor from damaging.
